BLD -- 電子萬能拉力試驗機 (液晶顯示)
一、拉力試驗機是用來對材料進行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學性能試驗用的機械加力的試驗機,適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材,塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線電纜等材料的各種物理機械性能測試為材料開發,為物性試驗、教學研究、質量控制等*的檢測設備,拉力機夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分,不同的材料需要不同的夾具,也是試驗能否順利進行及試驗結果準確度高低的一個重要因素。
二、適用范圍:

采用進口光電編碼器進行位移測量,控制器采用嵌入式單片微機結構,內置功能強大的測控軟件,集測量、控制、計算、存儲功能于一體。具有自動計算應力、延伸率(需加配引伸計)、抗拉強度、彈性模量的功能,自動統計結果;自動記錄zui大點、斷裂點、點的力值或伸長量;采用計算機進行試驗過程及試驗曲線的動態顯示,并進行數據處理,試驗結束后可通過圖形處理模塊對曲線放大進行數據再分析編輯,并可打印報表,產品性能達到先進水平。

七、故障及解決方法:
一、拉力試驗機加荷時,指針顫動或時走時停
1、離合器齒輪磨損:需要修理或更換。
2、摩擦盤的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損:需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。
3、操縱手柄移位:調整操縱手柄,使其與牙槽配合好。
二、更換擺砣時指針不回零
1、拉力試驗機安裝不水平:用水平儀把試驗機調整水平。
2、擺錘不垂直:只掛A砣。調整平衡砣,使之垂直。
三、拉力試驗機擺錘回位太快或太慢
1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當:調整緩沖閥到適當位置。
2、液壓油黏度過低或過高:液壓油黏度過低時擺錘回落快,黏度高時回落慢.應更換適當黏度的液壓油。
3、緩沖閥內、油管內或液壓油有臟污:清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。
四、拉力試驗機指針回零滯怠或不穩定
1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污:清洗或更換軸承。
2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合:校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動部件。
3、緩沖閥內有臟污:清洗緩沖閥。
五、拉力試驗機示值正偏差
1、短臂刀刃有松動:把刀刃緊牢。
2、擺砣偏輕:給砣配重(要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量)。
六、示值負偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過大
1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測力傳動部件摩擦阻力過大:主要是調整、清洗軸承及測力傳動部件.消除不正常的摩擦阻力。
2、上夾頭、從動針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置的摩擦阻力大:調整上夾頭、從動針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置部件.消除不正常的摩擦阻力。
3、活塞桿與擺桿相接部位不靈活:調整兩者相接部位。使之靈活自如。
七、從動針滯阻或移位
1、從動針彈簧片彈力大小或從動針與指示盤摩擦阻力大小造成的影響:調整從動針彈簧片的彈力或從動針與指示盤的問隙。
2、從動針兩端重鼉有偏差:調整兩端重量,使其平衡。
八、示值無規律的偏差
1、齒桿、齒輪有油污、磨損或有毛刺:消除齒桿、齒輪的油污、毛刺,找出超差時的齒桿接觸點,然后修正齒桿、齒輪;如不能消除誤差.更換齒桿、齒輪。
2、拉力試驗機試驗機安裝不水平:調整水平。
3、齒桿彎曲:校直或更換齒桿,調整滾動槽輪的問隙。
九、計算機軟件聯機后出現提示框信息顯示超載。
解決方案是檢查計算機與試驗機的通訊線是否脫落;檢查聯機選擇傳感器是否選擇正確;檢查zui近的試驗或操作鍵

十、試驗機主機電源不亮,不能上下移動。
解決方案是檢查接入試驗機的電源線路是否連接正常;檢查急停開關是否處于擰起狀態;檢查接入試驗機的電源電壓是否正常;檢查機器插座上的保險是否燒斷,請取出備用保險絲安裝即可。
十一、試驗機主機電源有電但設備不可以上下移動。
解決方案是檢查是否是15S(時間)以后設備還無法移動,因為主機開機需要自檢,大概需要15S時間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當的位置,有一定的運行空間;檢查接入試驗機的電源電壓是否正常。
八、油源的保養:
1、定期檢查主機和油源處是否有漏油的地方,如發現有漏油,應及時更換密封圈或組合墊;
2、根據機器的使用情況及油的使用期限,定期更換吸油過濾器和濾芯,更換液壓油。
3、長時間不做試驗時,注意關斷主機電源。如果機器在待機狀態,轉換開關應打到“加載”檔,因為如果轉換開關打在“快退”檔,電磁換向閥一直在通電狀態,會影響 該器件的使用壽命。
九、控制系統保養:
1、定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好,如有松動,應及時緊固;
2、試驗后若有一段較長的時間不用機器時,關閉控制器和電腦;
3、控制器上的接口為一一對應,插錯接口可能對設備造成損壞;
4、插拔控制器上的接口必須關閉控制器電源。
