絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀整機組成:

關于擊穿電壓測試術語、定義及類型:

絕緣電壓擊穿試驗儀注意事項:
1、試驗過程中不能讓無關人員靠近,因本試驗儀器可產生較高的電壓,未經過培訓的人員不能使用該設備。試驗時要有監(jiān)護人員,不要單人使用。以防萬一發(fā)生意外情況。
2、長時間不使用設備,在再使用時,先讓儀器空載加壓一次,即把高壓電極的接線從均壓球上取下。查看計算機試驗界面,看看高壓電壓是否正常。
3、試驗中發(fā)生意外情況要及時切斷電源,問題處理后才能繼續(xù)試驗。
4、設備安放要平穩(wěn),安放的地面要堅固。是水泥地面以免產生共振。
5、該設備在使用中外殼要接保護地線,既設備外殼接大地,以保護操作人員和設備運行的安全。
6、使用完設備后,要關掉系統(tǒng)各部分電源,不準帶電插拔電源線。
7、要按規(guī)定的電源電壓接入設備。確保電路接線正確。否則會損壞設備。
8、該儀器需安置在室內,實驗室應整潔、干燥、無腐蝕性介質,非相關人員不要隨意操作。
