一、塑料介電強度測試儀/GB1408-2006擊穿強度測定儀依據標準:
儀器依據以下標準中對擊穿電壓部分的要求制造

2、GB1408.2-2006《絕緣材料電氣強度試驗方法
第2部分:對應用直流電壓試驗的附加要求》
3、GB/T1695-2005《硫化橡膠工頻擊穿電壓強度和耐電壓的測定方法》
4、ASTM D149《固體電絕緣材料工業電源頻率下的介電擊穿電壓和介電強度的試驗方法》
二、用途:
主要適用于固體絕緣材料如絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等介質在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓時間的測試;該儀器采用計算機控制,可對試驗過程中的各種數據進行快速、準確的采集、處理,并可存取、顯示、打印。
三、功能:
本儀器采用計算機控制,通過人機對話方式,完成對絕緣介質的工頻電壓擊穿,工頻耐壓試驗。
1、試驗過程中可動態繪制出試驗曲線,試驗的曲線可以多種顏色疊加對比。
2、可對試驗數據進行編輯修改,靈活適用;
3、試驗條件及測試結果等數據可自動存儲;
4、試驗報告格式靈活可變,適用于不同用戶的不同需求;
5、可對一組試驗中曲線數據的有效與否進行人為選定;
6、試驗結果數據可導入EXECL,WORD文檔編輯;
7、過電流保護裝置有足夠的靈敏度,能夠保證試樣擊穿時在0.1S內切斷電源;
8、儀器運行的持久性: 儀器可連續運行使用,不需為保護儀器而定期停機。

五、安全說明:
1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
2、直流試驗放電保護功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動保護,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后保護會自動取消.(注:因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成 傷害)。
3、增配試驗手動放電裝置,隨主機為一體化,當直流試驗過程中突然斷電,可采用手動放電棒進行放電,保證試驗人員的人身安全。
4、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施,主要有:過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電保護等。

Five, safety instructions:
